It sends a daily status report to indicate that it is working and to provide benchmark information about conditions at your property. When it detects that a potential problem may exist or may be developing, it immediately sends an alert E-mail report, and continues to send hourly E-mail updates as long as the ALERT conditions persist.

Optionally, in addition to E-mail, ehomewatch can send messages to your cell phone (text) or pager, and for remedial action to any on-call professional of your choice (typically plumbers, heating oil/propane companies, and property managers).
